VIRTUAL HAT BAR EXPERIENCE

Service Description

Come inside the trailer with me and build your own 100% Australian wool, or adjustable vegan hat with a personalized styling session! Schedule a virtual session to video chat with Courtney. She'll walk you through the unique experience of creating the perfect hat that's all your own! You will be able to select your fit and style of hat, and then customize with handmade, vintage and unique accents from our hat bar. The $95 minimum due at booking applies towards the final total of your custom hat build. Any remaining balance will be due at the end of the session. After your virtual session is completed, we will ship your custom hat to you within 2-3 business days (once full payment has processed). Hats typically arrive within 5-7 business days after being shipped out. Please note: All hats have a $25 flat shipping fee due to oversized packaging and current shipping rates. **Return policy-- due to the custom nature of your build, we are not able to accept returns. However, we will always do our best to work with you to make sure you're fully satisfied with your design!

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee.
