SHIPPING POLICY
We believe shopping should be easy and there shouldn't be any hidden extra charges once you get to that last checkout page, so we're going to lay it all out here:

Ready-to-ship items will be mailed out within 2 business days after order has been confirmed. If you booked a virtual hat bar session, we will ship your hat to you within 2-3 business days once full payment has processed on your custom hat build. Orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days after shipping.

Ready-to-to ship products have an $8 flat shipping fee. All custom and ready-made vegan, straw, and wool hats have a $25 flat shipping fee due to oversized packaging and current shipping rates.

*Express shipping rates are available for extra cost at checkout.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the custom nature of our designs, we do not currently offer returns or exchanges.
However, we always want to make it right because our customers are what makes our world go round! So if you're not happy with your purchase, please reach out!
